? What You'll Do:

- Lead technical delivery across Salesforce, AI agents, and enterprise integrations
- Design scalable solutions, APIs, workflows, and automation
- Build AI-enabled workflows using Agentforce, Claude, and LLM technologies
- Manage project execution, technical risks, and cross-functional teams
- Mentor engineers and ensure security, quality, and architectural best practices

✅ Must-Have Requirements:

- 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or equivalent
- Hands-on Salesforce platform and enterprise integration experience
- Hands-on LLM and AI Agent Building experience (Must-have)
- Experience developing AI agent workflows, LLM-powered applications,



or intelligent automation
- Familiarity with Agentforce, Claude, or comparable LLM platforms
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, APIs, and enterprise application design
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency

➕ Good to Have:

- Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow
- Agentic AI, LLM Orchestration, Prompt Engineering, and Agent Orchestration
- MCP, A2A, cloud platforms, and distributed systems
- Salesforce or AI-related certifications

⚡ Priority for Candidates Who:

- Have strong hands-on Salesforce and AI agent development experience
- Have built LLM-powered applications and implemented AI agent workflows
- Have worked with Agentforce, Claude, or similar AI platforms
- Demonstrate technical leadership, ownership, and solid communication
- Can join immediately or within 2–4 weeks
