We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce FSC Solution Architect with 15+ years of overall IT/Salesforce experience and solid hands-on expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and OmniStudio .

The candidate will be responsible for leading solution architecture, technical discussions, architecture decisions, and technical walkthroughs for banking and financial services projects .

The ideal candidate should have strong Banking/Financial Services domain expertise , hands-on Salesforce FSC experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently engage with clients and guide technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce FSC solution architecture for banking and financial services projects.
- Participate in client discussions, technical walkthroughs, architecture sessions, and solution workshops .
- Design scalable and maintainable solutions using the Salesforce FSC Data Model .
- Provide hands-on expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio , including:
- OmniScripts
- Integration Procedures
- FlexCards
- DataRaptors
- Design and review integrations with:
- Core Banking Systems
- Payment Gateways
- KYC/AML Systems
- External Platforms
- Third-party applications
- Provide architecture guidance across Salesforce technologies, including:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flow
- APIs
- Review technical designs, solution documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation approaches .
- Guide development and delivery teams in resolving complex technical and architectural challenges.
- Ensure solutions meet appropriate security, compliance, scalability, performance, and maintainability standards .
- Support banking-specific business processes such as:
- Customer onboarding
- KYC/AML
- Financial Accounts
- Loan workflows
- Customer 360
- Identify technical risks, dependencies,



and limitations and recommend appropriate architectural solutions.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Delivery Teams, Developers, Presales Teams, and Client Stakeholders .
- Provide technical mentorship and ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of overall IT/Salesforce experience .
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Architect .
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio .
- Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience .
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions for Banking/Financial Services clients .
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce FSC Data Model .
- Experience designing and implementing Core Banking integrations .
- Strong knowledge of:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Integration Architecture
- Apex
- LWC
- Salesforce Flow
- Strong experience in client-facing technical discussions and architecture workshops .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders .
- Ability to independently own architecture decisions and provide practical, scalable solutions.
