Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, CPQ implementation, enterprise integrations, and solution design, along with the ability to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and define end-to-end Salesforce CPQ architecture and solution strategies.
- Lead Salesforce CPQ implementation, configuration, customization, and integration initiatives.
- Establish architecture standards and best practices for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Design integration frameworks connecting Salesforce CPQ with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership throughout solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Identify architectural risks and recommend solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards and business objectives.




- Support technical documentation, architecture reviews, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 10–12 years of overall IT experience, with solid Salesforce architecture experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ architecture and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and customization.
- Experience designing enterprise integrations and integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Work Requirements

- Candidates must be flexible to work from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
- Additional overlap of up to 2 hours with the US time zone may be required based on project needs.
- Hybrid candidates must be willing to work from the office 3 days per week in Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, or Hyderabad.
- The role begins with a 6-month project engagement under a Contract-to-Hire model.
- Compensation is negotiable based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and interview feedback.
