T his is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Business Analyst.

The Salesforce Business

Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and optimizing business processes, configuring Salesforce features with administrators, and supporting integrations with other enterprise systems. The role involves creating user stories, functional specifications, and documentation, as well as coordinating testing, training, and user adoption activities.

R oles and Responsibilities

- ct as the main Salesforce point of contact for the client: run requirements sessions, demos, gather feedback and manage a steady backlog of enhancements and support tickets C- onfigure and customise Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement solutions. C- ollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, product owners/managers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the Salesforce system effectively supports sales operations and drives business growth.

Create Business Requirement

Documents. Translate business requirements into Functional Design Documents, process flows, and wireframes.

- -5 years of experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst role. S
- trong Salesforce.com Administration skills, including configuration, user management, and security settings. D- emonstrated Business Analysis experience with business requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.



S- olid Analytical Skills for evaluating processes, data, and system performance to recommend improvements. E- xperience with Business Process mapping, optimisation, and translating workflows into Salesforce solutions. F- amiliarity with Salesforce best practices, standard objects, and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Validation Rules, Reports and Dashboards). A- bility to work effectively in a remote, collaborative workplace with cross-functional and global teams. S- trong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, structured manner. S- alesforce certifications; Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst are an advantage. F- lexible to work in different time zones

B- achelor's degree in, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A- bility to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. I- nterest in learning enterprise technology solutions and growing into a senior business analyst role.
