Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design scalable enterprise solutions, guide technical implementation, and work closely with development teams. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, along with enterprise integration and hands-on solution architecture experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Lead solution architecture and translate business needs into technical designs.
- Provide hands-on architectural guidance to Salesforce developers.
- Design and support Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
- Architect Experience Cloud solutions for consultant-facing portals and websites.
- Guide integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
- Work with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Lead technical discussions, troubleshoot architectural challenges, and support implementation decisions.

Candidate Profile
- 15–20 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrable Salesforce architecture experience.
- Recent involvement in technical solution design and developer guidance.
- Strong experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.

Candidates primarily focused on people management, program management, or delivery management without active architecture responsibilities may not be suitable.
