Role & Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Salesforce Orgs including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Design and deploy automation workflows, process builders, flows, and approval processes to streamline business operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools.
- Manage data integrity through import/export, validation rules, duplicate management, and data cleanup initiatives.
- Support Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud,



or Marketing Cloud modules based on project needs.
- Document configurations, provide user training, and troubleshoot ticketed issues within SLA timelines.
