We’re Hiring – Sales Trainer

Location: Jabalpur

Experience: Relevant experience in Telecom & Electronics industry

Salary- 30k Gross Salary

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct OJT, CRT & Sales Training programs
- Product & Recent Launch Training for sales teams
- Promoter hiring, management & development
- Field coaching & market visits
- Improve sales performance & productivity
- Conduct assessments, feedback & skill evaluations
- Track training effectiveness & maintain reports
- Support the team in achieving business & sales targets
