Role Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive Sales & Villa Operations Manager to drive bookings and ensure smooth operations for our villas in Lonavala and homestays in Mumbai.

This person will focus on sales growth, OTA performance, partner coordination, and guest-ready operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales through OTA, and direct channels
- Manage property operations for Lonavala villas & Mumbai homes
- Handle pricing, occupancy optimisation & promotions
- Oversee guest experience and turnaround operations
- Coordinate with Operations, housekeeping, Maintenance & Vendors
- Property inspections, owner coordination, and rental tie-ups. Travel across Mumbai, Lonavala & Karjat is required. Hospitality experience preferred.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management preferred
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra
- Self-motivated and good at handling multiple priorities
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi is a plus

Compensation: Market-competitive salary + incentives + travel allowance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
