Connect2Learn is looking for a Training & Quality Assurance Executive to support our growing team through effective training, quality monitoring, performance analysis, and continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to identify performance gaps and implement effective improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct onboarding, process, product, and refresher training sessions.
- Identify training requirements based on employee performance and business needs.
- Monitor calls, interactions, processes, and employee performance to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
- Identify recurring errors, knowledge gaps, and process deviations.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to improve overall team performance.
- Develop, maintain, and update training materials, SOPs, assessments, and learning resources.
- Conduct assessments, role plays, and knowledge checks to evaluate learning outcomes.




- Maintain accurate training and quality records and prepare performance reports.
- Support performance improvement initiatives through coaching, feedback, and continuous development.

Eligibility & Skills
- Candidates from any industry or qualified background are welcome to apply.
- Freshers with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Sales, Renewals, Customer Support, BPO, EdTech, or Operations will be considered.
- Prior experience in Training or Quality Assurance will be an advantage but is not mandatory .
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of responsibilities.
