We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage the sales team, achieve targets, monitor performance, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance.
- Handle customer queries and support the team.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records.
- Train team members to improve sales and communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience in sales and team handling.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to manage and motivate team members.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
