We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to manage the sales team, drive performance, and ensure achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and improve sales productivity.
- Assign tasks and follow up on daily sales activities.
- Handle customer and sales-related issues.
- Maintain sales reports and ensure proper record keeping.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and coordination.
- Motivate and support team members to achieve their targets.
Requirements
- Positive leadership and communication skills.
- Strong sales and team management abilities.
- Target-oriented and responsible.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and office management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
