- Lead, guide, and monitor the showroom sales team to achieve monthly targets.

- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-up by sales executives.

- Monitor daily sales activities, enquiries, test drives, bookings, and deliveries.

- Support the team in customer handling, negotiations, and closing sales.

- Track individual and team performance and prepare regular reports.

- Conduct daily sales meetings and provide guidance to team members.

- Ensure proper usage and updating of DMS/CRM systems.

- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Service departments.

- Develop current sales opportunities through customer referrals, campaigns, and local marketing activities.

- Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Train and motivate team members to improve sales performance.

- Ensure compliance with dealership and Tata Motors sales processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
