Role Description The Sales Support Representative – Yarn is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves supporting the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes and sales documentation, and coordinating order processing for yarn products. The representative will maintain accurate records in CRM or related systems, follow up on leads, and ensure timely communication between customers, sales, and operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer calls and emails, addressing basic product questions, tracking deliveries, and helping resolve service issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to improve sales processes and contribute to meeting sales targets.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive,



qualified relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Customer support and customer service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to understand customer needs and support long-term business relationships.
- Basic understanding of yarn or textile products, or willingness to learn product details quickly.
- Proficiency with office software and CRM or sales support tools; ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant educational background in business, commerce, or a related discipline is an advantage.
