Location: Lalkuan, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in day-to-day coordination, order processing, customer communication, documentation, and sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for orders and requirements.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up on orders, dispatches, deliveries, and pending payments.
- Maintain customer records and sales databases.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and other departments.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Track sales targets, pending orders, and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.





Required Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive / Sales Support.
- Excellent MS Excel skills are mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare MIS and sales reports.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Location: Lalkuan, Ghaziabad
