Role: Sales Specialist/ Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Specialist to lead client coordination and drive business growth in the weddings and events segment. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, proven sales expertise, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring seamless client experiences

- Roles and Responsibilities

- Focus on client coordination and closing deals in face-to-face meetings for AURA wedding events.
- Conduct direct sales via calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, inquiries, and conversions.
- Handle customer queries fluently in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Handle all client inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in client servicing or bookings within the wedding or events industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and bookings simultaneously.




- Strong sales acumen and a proactive approach to lead conversion.
- High level of professionalism, punctuality, and customer service orientation.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic workplace, both independently and as part of a team.

Requirement

- Educational Bachelor's degree
- Availability: Immediate or short notice period preferred
- Shift Flexibility: Willing to work in rotational shifts and occasional business off adjustments
