Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Bharuch.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and promote industrial painting and road marking services to meet sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure accurate project scoping and timely delivery. The role involves explaining technical service offerings in clear terms, addressing customer inquiries,



and supporting contract negotiations.

The Sales

Specialist will also participate in product and service training, maintain sales records, and provide regular reports on pipeline activity and market feedback.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to absorb product knowledge and support client education on services and solutions.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, construction, coatings, or infrastructure services is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bharuch, manage field visits, and travel locally as required.
- Proficiency in basic office software and maintaining accurate sales documentation and reports.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
