Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities within the real estate industry.

Reach out to builders, developers, real estate firms and channel partners through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email and networking.

Understand the client's marketing requirements, current challenges and lead-generation goals.

Pitch Maven's Meta Ads, performance marketing and real estate lead-generation solutions.

Schedule and conduct meetings/presentations with prospective clients.

Prepare proposals and commercials in coordination with the internal team.

Follow up consistently with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.

Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly sales targets.

Maintain robust relationships with existing and newly acquired clients.

Coordinate with the campaign/operations team during onboarding to ensure a smooth handover.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals and closures in the CRM.

Track competitors,



market trends and new opportunities in the real estate marketing space.

Good at understanding client requirements and presenting solutions

Comfortable with cold calling and business development

Self-driven and capable of working independently
