Shreedhar Instruments, established in 1998, is one of India's leading providers of FDA-compliant analytical instruments for the pharmaceutical manufacturing, R&D;, and quality testing industries.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Specialist – Field Sales to drive business growth in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector across Ahmedabad/ Bangalore/ Chandigarh/ Hyderabad / Indore and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling analytical instruments, developing customer relationships, and leading a sales team.

This role requires a consultative sales approach, technical understanding of analytical instrumentation, and the ability to mentor team members while consistently achieving business targets.

Responsibilities

- Drive sales of analytical instruments to pharmaceutical manufacturing, R&D;, QA/QC laboratories, CROs, and related industries.
- Identify recent business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations,



proposals, and negotiate commercial terms to successfully close business opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships through regular engagement and excellent customer service. Submit periodic sales reports and updates to the management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical business practices, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech. (Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics or equivalent)
- OR
- B.Sc./M.Sc. (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related discipline)

Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in technical sales of analytical instruments to the Pharma Industries.
- Proven experience in selling analytical instruments to pharmaceutical companies is mandatory.
- Experience of selling Analytical Instruments within Microbiology Department (QC Side) is preferred.
