Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Specialist role based in Bengaluru.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and present BlueFunda’s AI-driven solutions to prospective and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in collaboration with internal teams. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, gathering feedback to inform product and service improvements, and providing training or guidance to clients on solution adoption.





The Sales

Specialist will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to achieve revenue targets and support overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals.
- Experience with Training and Sales Management to support client onboarding and contribute to team sales performance.
- Familiarity with B2B technology or SaaS sales, preferably in automation, AI, or workflow solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic productivity software.
