Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based at the Casio Exclusive watch Store in Ludhiana. In this role, the Sales Specialist assists customers in selecting suitable watches, explains product features and benefits, and provides accurate information on pricing, promotions, and warranties. Daily responsibilities include welcoming customers, conducting product demonstrations, processing sales transactions, handling exchanges and returns in line with store policies, and maintaining visual merchandising and stock displays.

The Sales

Specialist also supports inventory checks, participates in sales targets and promotional activities,



and collaborates with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment. Ongoing tasks include staying updated on new collections, brand guidelines, and internal training to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, understand needs, and provide clear, respectful assistance.
- Proven Sales abilities with a focus on achieving targets, upselling, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Experience or interest in Sales Management and Training to support team performance, share product knowledge, and contribute to sales initiatives.
- Basic math and POS (point-of-sale) skills for accurate billing, cash handling, and transaction processing.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, including weekends and retail hours, with a professional appearance and punctuality.
- Attention to detail in product display, inventory handling, and documentation, with a commitment to store policies and ethical practices.
- Prior retail or watch/jewelry sales experience is beneficial; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
