About the Role You'll be the client-facing lead for TheConsulto: finding projects on Upwork/Fiverr, pitching our services, gathering requirements, and keeping clients happy. We use Claude heavily in the backend; you manage the human side: communication, scoping, and delivery handoffs.

What You'll Do

- Scout and qualify 5-10 project requests daily on Upwork/Fiverr
- Draft proposals (Claude writes drafts; you refine and send)
- Conduct discovery calls with clients using our questionnaire
- Turn client feedback into written specs with Claude's help
- Handle change requests and manage client expectations
- Submit deliverables and ask for reviews
- Upsell monthly care plans

What We're Looking For

- Robust written and spoken English (you'll chat with US small-business owners)
- Organized, detail-oriented,



responsive (clients expect replies within 4 hours during US business hours)
- Business or MBA student, or early-career (no deep tech experience needed)
- Comfortable learning tools: Upwork, GitHub basics, Google Docs

Pay

- Rs 2,500/month fixed stipend + 10% commission on collected revenue from deals you close
