Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekend: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Cab: One-way cab drop facility

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and target-driven Sales Representatives / Business Development Executives to join our US-facing sales team.

The role involves interacting with US-based clients, generating leads, explaining products/services, following up with prospects, and converting leads into successful enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Interact professionally with US-based clients.
- Pitch products and services according to client requirements.
- Convert leads into successful enrolments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Handle client queries and objections effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales data and daily activity reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong sales and convincing skills.
- Valuable negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling US-based clients.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift.
- Previous Sales/BDE/International Sales experience will be an advantage.
