Sales Provisioning Team Member

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Provisioning Team Member to manage broadband/fibre and mobile service orders, activations, and provisioning activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Process broadband, fibre, and mobile service orders.
- Manage provisioning and update order details.
- Monitor pending activations and follow up for timely completion.
- Coordinate router dispatches and service activations.
- Handle activation, relocation, and order-related requests.
- Track Telstra and Vodafone mobile service orders.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records and escalate delays/issues when required.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Order Processing, Provisioning,



Telecom, ISP, Customer Service, or Operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and email.
- Telecom/ISP provisioning experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Location: Sector 75, Mohali | Work From Office Working: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Shifts

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
