We are expanding our Graco Dispensing & Automation business and is looking for a proactive, organized and technically inclined professional to join our team in Pune.

Position

Sales & Project Coordination Executive – Graco & Automation

Location: Pune

Experience: 2–5 years

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline

What will you do?

You will act as the central coordination point between our Sales, Engineering, Customers, Vendors, Purchase, Stores and Accounts teams.

Your responsibilities will include

Managing and tracking customer enquiries

Preparing and coordinating quotations

Following up on quotations and customer requirements

Maintaining CRM/ERP records and sales pipeline

Coordinating Graco dispensing equipment projects

Tracking BOM, procurement, engineering and project milestones

Coordinating FAT, SAT, dispatch, installation & commissioning

Coordinating with customers and suppliers

Preparing sales/project MIS and reports

Supporting Sales Managers & Engineers in day-to-day execution

Ensuring that no enquiry, quotation or project milestone is missed

Preferred Experience





Candidates with experience in

- Industrial machinery / equipment
- Automation
- Engineering products
- Automotive industry
- Dispensing equipment
- Project coordination
- B2B technical sales support

will be preferred. What are we looking for?

This is not a traditional back-office role.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of coordination and ensure smooth movement from Enquiry → Quotation → Order → Project Execution → Dispatch → Installation.
