We’re looking for an energetic Sales & Operations Executive | Trip Captain to join our growing team.
What you’ll do:
- Connect with leads, understand their needs & convert them into bookings
- Handle customer communication, follow-ups & relationship building
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors & other travel partners
- Manage trip operations and ensure smooth execution
- Travel with our groups as a Trip Captain and manage on-ground experiences
- Handle challenges, solve problems & make quick decisions when required
Who we’re looking for:
- 0–2 years of experience
- Graduate from any discipline
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Pleasant, confident & people-friendly personality
- Go-getter with a proactive attitude
- Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Open to travelling and managing trips across India
- Passionate about travel, people & building communities
