Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Officer to drive sales and expand the market presence in the assigned territory. The candidate will handle field sales, customer relationships, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Visit dealers, retailers, contractors, builders, and construction sites.
- Generate new leads and expand the dealer/customer network.
- Promote company products and increase market penetration.
- Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
- Submit regular sales and market reports.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in cement or building materials.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
