Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales and market expansion for our Cricket Balls, Tennis Balls and Sports Accessories portfolio in Nagpur and nearby markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage dealers, distributors, retailers and sports shops.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory.
- Generate new business and expand distribution and retail network.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective market coverage.
- Build solid relationships with dealers, retailers, cricket academies, clubs and institutional customers.
- Take orders and coordinate with distributors/internal teams for timely supply.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes and market activities.
- Ensure product availability, visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Follow up on payments and support collection targets.




- Provide regular sales reports, market feedback and competitor insights to management.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 24 years of experience in sales/channel sales/distribution, preferably in sports products, FMCG, consumer goods or similar industries.
- Experience in sports retail/distribution will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Nagpur market preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and sales reporting.
