About the Role:

Rasna International is looking for a proactive and field-oriented Sales Officer to manage Modern Trade operations, drive sales, coordinate with retail outlets, and execute promotional activities across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and business development across Modern Trade and E-commerce channels.
- Manage outlet beat routes and ensure regular store visits.
- Monitor stock availability, stock handovers, and order placement with stores and warehouses.
- Coordinate with customers and buyers for orders, purchase orders (POs), and promotional activities.
- Execute free sampling, product promotions, and in-store sales activities.
- Coordinate product sampling and selling initiatives to improve sales.
- Manage job cards, invoice uploads, and distributor sales registers.




- Maintain sales reports and ensure accurate documentation.
- Build strong relationships with retail outlets and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Modern Trade Sales.
- Experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage categories preferred.
- Understanding of Modern Trade channels and retail operations.
- Experience in outlet visits, beat planning, stock management, and secondary sales.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in sales reporting and related tools.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel locally as required.
- Must be currently based in Surat.
