Sales Officer – Madhya Pradesh

Doctor Seeds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and commercially driven Sales Officers (SOs) to strengthen our seed business, expand dealer networks, and drive market development across Madhya Pradesh.

Qualification

- B.Sc. Agriculture
- M.Sc. Agriculture
- MBA in Agri-Business Management will be preferred.

Experience 2–3 years of experience preferred, particularly in the seed industry, agricultural inputs, or allied agri-business sectors.

What We Are Looking For

- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to develop dealer and distributor networks and generate sales.
- Practical understanding of agriculture, cropping systems, and local farming practices.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and digital business tools.
- Ability to analyse market requirements and convert them into actionable sales activities.
- Strong follow up, payment collection, and field execution skills.





Local market experience will be preferred. Candidates familiar with the regional dealer network, cropping patterns, farmer requirements, and market dynamics will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, develop, and follow up on sales orders.
- Develop and maintain dealer/distributor relationships.
- Ensure timely payment collection.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor sales activities.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, demand trends, and farmer/dealer feedback.
- Support market development and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and fulfilment.
