Role Description: Sales Officer – CASA | Axis Bank

Axis Bank is hiring Sales Officers – CASA for Ludhiana . This role focuses on customer acquisition, savings and current account sales, lead generation, and relationship building. Fresh graduates with robust communication and customer-handling skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new customers and promote CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) products.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and direct customer outreach.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth.




- Identify customer banking needs and recommend suitable banking products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and customer acquisition goals.
- Conduct field visits and follow up with prospective customers to convert leads.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow the bank’s sales and compliance procedures.

Qualification:

- Education: Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Driving Requirements: Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Communication: Good verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Core Skills: Sales aptitude, lead generation, negotiation, relationship management, and target orientation.
- Compensation: CTC up to ₹2.4 LPA plus incentives.
