Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vellore.

The Sales

Officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into home loan customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting potential customers, explaining housing finance products, assisting with loan applications, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end onboarding process. The role involves coordinating with branches and channel partners, maintaining accurate sales records,



and achieving assigned sales and profitability targets.

The Sales

Officer will also provide responsive customer service, resolve queries, and uphold compliance and company policies in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and support throughout the loan process.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and prospecting activities to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain financial products and terms in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including tracking performance, managing documentation, and ensuring process compliance.
- Exposure to Channel Sales, with the ability to work with partners, intermediaries, and branch teams to drive business.
- Relevant experience in housing finance, banking, or financial services is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Vellore, manage field activities, and travel locally as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, goal-oriented mindset, and familiarity with basic computer and CRM tools.
