Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Officer to manage and expand sales operations in Surat, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing distributor and retailer relationships, increasing market coverage, ensuring product availability, and driving business growth across General Trade and Wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective outlet coverage as per the assigned beat plan.
- Manage daily sales activities, customer visits, productive calls, and sales reporting through the FieldAssist app.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper stock levels at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional schemes.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.




- Implement company sales schemes and promotional activities in the assigned territory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with distributors, the Accounts team, and the supply chain team for smooth business operations.
- Achieve distribution expansion and improve outlet productivity.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of distributor management and retail sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Familiarity with field sales applications such as FieldAssist will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Qualification Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with relevant sales experience will be preferred.

FMCG (Tobacco) / Consumer Goods / General Trade.

Salary CTC: As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
