We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Mobilizer to join our Cement Company.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: 10+2, Graduate, or Diploma (preferred).

- Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, preferably in Cement, TMT Steel, Building Materials, or Construction.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, masons, and builders.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Basic knowledge of the local construction market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote the company's cement products in the assigned territory.

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and customer engagement.

- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, masons, and individual house builders.

- Conduct mason meets, contractor meets, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.





- Identify and appoint new dealers and retail outlets to expand market coverage.

- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

- Ensure product visibility and branding at dealer outlets.

- Submit daily field visit reports and maintain accurate sales records.

- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

- Ability to work independently and manage field activities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting applications.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
