We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to grow the sales of our technology products across local and international markets.

Our portfolio includes Betting & Gaming Software, Casino Management Systems, VLT Solutions, ATMs, Kiosks, Payment Devices, ERP Solutions, SaaS Platforms, Mobile/Web Applications and other software & technology products developed by our company.

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B technology/software sales, with strong knowledge of the betting, gaming and casino industry being a major advantage.

You should understand commercial models such as:

- GGR & NGR Revenue Share
- SaaS / Subscription
- Perpetual Software Licensing
- Transaction-Based Pricing
- Per-Device / Terminal Pricing
- Hybrid Commercial Models

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B sales opportunities and customers
- Develop international markets, partnerships and distribution channels
- Sell and promote our complete software and technology portfolio
- Prepare proposals, pricing and commercial models
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Build relationships with betting, gaming, fintech and enterprise customers




- Develop sales & marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage sales pipeline, targets and revenue forecasts
- Identify opportunities for recurring revenue, upselling and cross-selling

Ideal Candidate

✔ Strong B2B sales & negotiation skills

✔ Experience in software, gaming, fintech or technology sales

✔ Understanding of Betting, Casino, Gaming, GGR & NGR preferred

✔ Commercial mindset with the ability to structure profitable deals

✔ Comfortable selling both software and hardware-integrated solutions

✔ Ability to develop international business relationships

✔ Strong communication and presentation skills The Chance
