About Us

Shreeyam Property Developers is a Coimbatore-based real estate and construction company that develops premium villa communities. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can lead our marketing and also work directly with clients to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and run marketing strategies and campaigns for our villa projects across digital and offline channels
- Manage digital advertising (Meta, Google and other platforms), social media and lead generation
- Handle client enquiries and site visits, and keep in regular contact with prospective buyers
- Coordinate with clients through every stage, from first enquiry to negotiation, booking and closure
- Negotiate with buyers and close villa sales to meet targets
- Work closely with the sales team on lead follow-up, conversions and customer feedback
- Guide the marketing team and the creative, content and agency partners
- Track campaign performance, cost per lead, conversions and ROI, and report on results regularly
- Monitor the local real estate market, competitor activity and buyer trends, and adjust plans accordingly
- Oversee branding, brochures, site-visit collateral, property launches and events




- Manage the marketing budget and make sure campaigns run on time

Requirements

- At least 8 years of experience in real estate marketing or sales
- Hands-on experience working on similar projects, such as villas, gated communities, plots or premium residential developments
- Proven track record of handling clients and closing deals
- Good knowledge of the current real estate market, especially in Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu
- Strong skills in negotiation, client relationship management and follow-up
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation and CRM tools
- Ability to coordinate between the sales and marketing teams
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
- Strong analytical, planning and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)

Good to Have

- Experience launching a villa or gated-community project from pre-launch to sell-out
- Experience working with channel partners and brokers
- Familiarity with RERA-compliant marketing practices

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
