Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Manager role based in Lucknow.

The Sales Marketing

Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate offerings, drive lead generation, and achieve revenue targets. Daily activities include managing sales pipelines, nurturing client relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends and performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to design promotional materials, organizing events or client meetings,



and ensuring consistent brand messaging across online and offline channels.

The Sales Marketing

Manager will also prepare regular reports, forecast sales, train and guide sales staff, and ensure high standards of client service and ethical business practices.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Marketing expertise covering campaign planning, brand positioning, and promotional activities in the real estate or related sectors.
- Ability to analyze market data, track performance metrics, and use insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and teams.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with common office and CRM software; familiarity with digital and social media marketing tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in sales or marketing, preferably in real estate or financial services; local market knowledge of Lucknow is beneficial.
