Role Description This full time, on-site Sales Marketing Manager role is based in New Delhi.

The Sales Marketing

Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s financial products and services, including trading platforms, investment offerings, and related solutions. Daily activities include managing sales campaigns, generating and qualifying leads, building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating promotional activities, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. The role involves tracking market trends, analyzing campaign performance, preparing sales and marketing reports,



and supporting the creation of marketing collateral and digital outreach.

The Sales Marketing

Manager will also contribute to client presentations, participate in events and seminars, and work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in sales planning, lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation, with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, including branding, market positioning, and promotional activities in financial services.
- Ability to use digital tools for marketing and sales, such as CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and social media channels, along with basic data analysis skills.
- Sound understanding of financial markets and investment products (equity, derivatives, commodities, currency, mutual funds, insurance) and ability to communicate them clearly to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications in finance or marketing are an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing within a brokerage, wealth management, or financial services environment is highly desirable.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
