looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities, develop effective marketing strategies, generate quality leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, team coordination, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and admissions.

- Oversee SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and website performance.

- Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimise marketing budgets.

- Lead and coordinate the marketing team to achieve targets.

- Plan promotional activities, events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.

- Identify new business opportunities and improve lead conversion rates.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to improve overall performance.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.

- Practical experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Knowledge of SEO, social media management, and content strategy.

- Experience in lead generation, campaign optimisation, and performance analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and achieving business targets.

- Experience in team leadership and marketing budget management is an advantage.
