We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales growth, develop marketing strategies, build client relationships, and expand business opportunities in the clothing and textile industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Manage sales operations, customer enquiries, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop strategies to promote clothing and textile products and increase market share.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with production, inventory,



and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in the clothing, garment, or textile industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market development, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical, planning, and team management abilities.
