Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Primary & Secondary Sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer network.
- Generate new business and expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain customer relationships.
- Follow up on orders, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure proper product display and brand visibility.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong sales skills.
- Experience in Tiles, Bathware, Ceramic, Sanitaryware or Building Materials preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
