Sales & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organised, customer-focused coordinator to follow up sales enquiries, support order processing and keep communication moving between customers and our internal teams. EcoNfuse offers Liquid Spice for food businesses. You will help turn enquiries into orders and support repeat business through reliable follow-up.

Key responsibilities

- Call and follow up leads received through Meta Ads, social media, WhatsApp and other enquiry channels.
- Understand customer requirements, explain approved product information, share quotations and coordinate samples or demonstrations with the sales team.
- Follow up prospective and existing customers, record outcomes and agree explicit next steps.
- Prepare and process sales orders (SOs), check customer details, products, quantities and agreed pricing, and coordinate internal approvals.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, production and dispatch on payments, stock availability, order status and delivery updates.
- Research relevant business leads using Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and AI-assisted research, then verify business information and maintain accurate lead lists.
- Maintain customer records, follow-up schedules, order trackers and daily activity reports using spreadsheets or company systems.
- Assist with routine office documentation, filing,



data entry and communication between departments.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues promptly.

What we are looking for
- Clear spoken Malayalam and English, with a confident and courteous telephone manner.
- Comfortable making regular customer calls and following up consistently.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp and online research.
- Attention to detail when entering customer information and sales orders.
- Good organisation, teamwork and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn our products and work from our Pancode office.
- Relevant experience in telesales, customer service, sales coordination, order processing or office administration is preferred. Capable freshers with strong communication and computer skills may also apply.
- Food, FMCG or hospitality exposure is helpful.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
