Role Description The Sales Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, supporting sales and marketing initiatives for Doshion’s water and wastewater solutions. This position coordinates sales activities, prepares marketing and sales collateral, and maintains accurate records of leads, proposals, and customer interactions. The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, trade shows, and customer presentations, as well as managing digital and offline communication channels.





The coordinator collaborates with sales, technical, and management teams to ensure timely project follow-up, pipeline tracking, and reporting. Daily responsibilities include market research, basic content and report writing, tracking performance metrics, and supporting the creation of materials that reinforce Doshion’s brand and value proposition.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to create clear presentations, reports, and customer-facing materials.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, such as lead coordination, basic negotiation support, pipeline tracking, and customer relationship management.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning skills, including organizing seminars, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, along with proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM software).
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with industrial or environmental solutions, basic marketing analytics, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
