Job Overview

Entrepot Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to sell our SaaS/CRM solutions, WhatsApp API, and business automation products to B2B and B2C customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good IT knowledge, and the ability to understand customer requirements, conduct product demos, onboard clients, provide CRM training, and ensure successful payment collection.

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Generate leads and identify potential B2B and B2C customers.
- Sell SaaS/CRM solutions, WhatsApp API, and business automation products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain product features, perks, pricing, and use cases to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Customer Query & Demo Management
- Handle customer queries professionally through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Schedule product demos with interested customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain CRM, WhatsApp API, and automation features.
- Understand customer requirements during demos and suggest the appropriate solution.
- Maintain proper records of leads, demos, follow-ups, and sales status.

Client Onboarding & Training
- Successfully onboard new customers after sales confirmation.
- Set up and configure the CRM according to client requirements.




- Provide product training to clients and explain how to use the CRM and automation features.
- Assist clients during the initial implementation and usage stage.
- Ensure customers understand the product before completing the onboarding process.

Payment & Follow-Up
- Follow up with customers for payment after product demonstration and onboarding.
- Maintain payment and sales records.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding pending payments and customer accounts.
- Ensure timely completion of the sales-to-onboarding process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Good IT knowledge and comfortable working with software and online tools.
- Ability to understand SaaS, CRM, WhatsApp API, and automation products quickly.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and explain technical products in simple language.
- Good email, WhatsApp, and professional communication skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
