Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing – Admissions Executive to drive student admissions and promote the school to prospective parents and students. The candidate will be responsible for generating admission enquiries, counselling parents, conducting follow-ups, and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage enquiries through calls, walk-ins, digital leads, referrals, and promotional activities.
- Counsel parents and students regarding school curriculum, facilities, programs, fees, and admission procedures.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions by maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Conduct school tours and presentations for prospective parents.
- Support school marketing campaigns, events, fairs, seminars, and outreach activities.
- Build relationships with parents, students, and external stakeholders.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for increasing admissions.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, conversions, and admission performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, admissions, counselling, or education sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM/data management.
- Experience in school/education admissions will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
