Job Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Handle day-to-day sales operations and team performance.
- Set individual and team sales targets and track achievements.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and membership sales.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training/coaching.
- Develop strategies to increase gym memberships and revenue.
- Maintain sales reports, MIS, and performance records.
- Handle customer queries and support the team in closing sales.




- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and business growth.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/team handling.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of handling sales pressure.
- Good knowledge of lead generation and conversion.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Experience in the fitness, hospitality, retail, or related industry will be an advantage.
