Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for aluminium formwork systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, real estate developers, construction companies, and contractors.
- Identify upcoming high-rise residential and commercial construction projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and regular follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with technical and design teams to meet client requirements.
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities.




- Achieve sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.

Required Skills & Experience

- Civil Engineering background is mandatory.
- 5–10 years of sales experience in the aluminium formwork industry.
- Robust knowledge of aluminium formwork systems and construction projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
