Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for precision stamped components, sheet-metal parts, and related engineering products.
- Identify and develop new customers in automotive, EV, electrical/electronics, industrial, and other OEM segments.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 customers.
- Generate RFQs, understand customer requirements, coordinate costing/quotations, and drive business conversion.
- Achieve annual sales, revenue, margin, and new-business targets.
- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, tooling, development costs, payment terms, and annual price revisions.
- Work closely with Engineering, Tool Room, Quality, Production, and Program Management teams for new product development and launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, business plans, and pipeline reviews for management.
- Support customer audits,

Preferred candidate profile BE/BTECH wih

- strong experience in B2B technical sales / automotive component sales.
- Good understanding of precision stamping, progressive-die stamping, sheet-metal components, tooling, press-shop processes, and metal forming.
- Existing relationships with automotive OEMs/Tier-1 companies would be an advantage.
- Experience in handling RFQ-to-SOP / new business development is preferred.
- Robust negotiation, presentation, communication, and customer-management skills.
- Ability to independently develop new accounts and close high-value projects.
