Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets for home loans, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans, and other financial products.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of service quality.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in sales management.
- Robust understanding of various types of loans including home loans, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans etc. .
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
