Lead the sales team for masterbatches, colors and black to manage customers in consumer and industrial segments in the Indian subcontinent andgrow sales
Represent company strategy, develop sales growth, increase value, manage order-to-cash processes keepingcustomer centricity in mind.
Preferred candidate profile
More than 10 years of masterbatch sales and team management experience across plastics, packaging, and processing industries.
hands-on leader with entrepreneurial drive, emotional intelligence, and robust people skills able to guide the team while stayingclose to the ground and solving business, customer, and operational challenges.
