- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual property sales targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and revenue.
- Generate and manage leads through direct sales, digital marketing, referrals, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closing activities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination with marketing, CRM, finance, and legal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience and achieve business objectives
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
